List five things you do for fun.
- Going to the cinema. Oh those nachos probably make you lose a day of your life for every portion but they’re sooooo good.
- Swimming. Brings me that magical mix of exercise, flow, challenge and social interaction.
- Writing. This can be in many forms including brain dumps, bullet journaling and blogging.
- Having a Project. A short online course or learning to make a new meal.
- Walking outside in nature. My walks bring me calm, clarity and I often brainstorm solutions.
