Podcasts have become a strong force of inspiration and motivation for me. They say to surround yourself with positive influences and I think podcasts provide an incredible opportunity to actively seek good people to learn from.
The power of the parasocial relationship we can find from the people we listen to but never meet, is evident in the sheer volume of content available. I know I find comfort in those familiar voices that become almost like a friend that joins me on a walk and offers much needed mood boosts when I have mentally challenging days.
