I’ve been working on little things to get myself to the place I want to be. Simply put- to be more comfortable in my skin. There’s alot involved but I’ve found myself being more assertive which is a good start. Here’s a few things that’s helped me this week:
Getting exercise each day. Mostly walks but today I got back on the treadmill.
Being in awe of my daughter’s creativity. Some building blocks become a petting zoo and a pile of cushions become a fort in a short space of time.
Listening to informative and inspiring podcasts, especially Mel Robbins and The School of Greatness.
