Here’s some stuff that energises me, and just makes me better to be around.. (Subscribe if you fancy reading more regularly from my fragmented, zany but well intentioned mind.)
Having a positive social interaction especially if it involves a tasty treat like cake, which doubles the happiness factor!
Going for a walk. Even as little as ten minutes outside can be enough for a mood reset for me.
Having time for gratitude. Thinking of who I am lucky enough to have in my life and stopping to appreciate that.
