- Speak kind words to others… and to yourself.

- Message a loved one and tell them how much they mean to you.( Keep in mind that friends are family that we’ve chosen).
- Go for a walk. Good for calm and also brain storming, solutions can miraculously appear with that simple action.
- Eat what you know you should be ..(step away from the biscuits)
- Do good, feel good. Doing something like gifting flowers boosts your mood as much as the recipient’s.
- Put some money in savings. Even a small amount gives you a feeling of control.
- You’re never lonely with a good book.
