Okay so I haven’t done as much as I hoped/ made out I would but quiet enthusiasm is building in my head and in my life. Little by little.. I think about the term Marginal Gains alot and it’s helpful to break things up into smaller jobs or smaller achievements because I just get major overwhelm overwise.
